As a traditional Roman Catholic, I love the spirituality and tradition of the East. May the Western_ Church reclaim her own glorious Tradition. ecclesiamilitans1099 (11 months ago)
I know it's so sad seeing videos like this. It really makes our services_ seem so...superficial. I feel like we've lost all our Latin tradition, and we're just you're average American church that happens to have Catholic things going on inside. At least the Vatican still does traditional-feeling masses.

Any Roman Catholic or Orthodox are welcome to worship in any Eastern Catholic Church and receive the Eucharist because the true presence_ of Christ is recognized in both traditions. This is a long standing tradition. The Eastern Rite Churches have a unique role in building a bridge of hope for unification between the Orthodox and Catholics. TheEldoradoKid (2 weeks ago)

I have a Greek father and Irish other. Unity can be achieved with prayer, humility and holiness. God's blessing on you for posting this. I only wish we could MANDATE every Roman parish_ be exposed to the Eastern church... only problem is they might bring their muddy boots of modernism into the Eastern church. Beautiful...As you can see, the splendor of Orthodoxy is magnified by its unity! St. Elias is an excellent example of ecclesial unity with Rome! Praise_ and thanks for the future oneness of Christ's church on earth. marsharbel (1 year ago)
