I did gladly embrace the longer skirts, and a headscarf, for attending services. I have been Orthodox only since 2006. I did it because I wanted to be like the early Christians. It seems to mean a different thing to each one of us, but it should be done for personal reasonings, and maybe not so much because, \"you are told to do so.\" If you know what I mean.
