Might be more helpful if we just said our prayers for God's mercy, and observed more silence.

I read this message on one of the forum threads. At first, it sounded counter-intuitive: how long would a silent forum last?
However, at its core, this statement raised an important question for me. I don\'t believe that conversation (face to face or via forum) is bad. Yet silence is also good.
Since practicing silence face to face has been discussed for centuries, I wanted to ask this question in cyberspace.
What are good ways to practice silence in the OC forum?
