OK, all these conversations, if one can call them that, which cite nothing but Scriptural passages put into some weird context are cryptic and rather snide.
The main issue at play is the safety of Serbs still living in Kosovo and also the safety of Orthodox monasteries and churches which have been there for centuries. Kosovo independence, it seems to me, is simply the last domino to fall in a long line starting in 1389.
I don\'t know how the Kosovo Serbs can be faulted since they\'ve been a minority on the defensive for centuries, being terrorized into fleeing their homeland by the Albanian majority. The policies of the Serbian government are another issue, and the legacy of communism should not be overlooked when passing judgement.
