Greek jurisdictions, in my experience, have few problems with Saturday weddings. Slavic jurisdictions (ROCOR, MP, Serbian, etc) usually refuse point-blank a Saturday wedding, for various reasons, not least of which being the matter of conjugal intimacy on the eve of Sunday, which is regarded as a feast.
Slavic priests will also consult their liturgical calendar to check if any Sunday is the eve of a feast, which would render that Sunday off-limits. Friday weddings are often done, if a particular Sunday is unsuitable.
