Advice on the best of South Canaan 'nightlife' perhaps? Best place to get a beer? Pierogi?

Beer! Why didn't you say so? ;-) I think I can get a dozen guys or so to car pool...

Seriously, I would go. I saw Met. Hilarion give a lecture on Missions and Evengelism in the 21 Century. He's an incredible speaker. We'll worth seeing.
