My name is Julia, I live in Hudson, NY, and am a catechumen at All Saints of America in Salisbury, CT. I was raised Presbyterian, became a Lutheran about 7 or 8 years ago, and now, finally, have found my home in Orthodoxy. I\'ve got two little ones (a 3YO daughter I\'m just beginning to homeschool & an 11MO son), with another daughter due at the very end of February, and a wonderful husband (hi, Honey!). God willing, we\'ll all join the Church together at Pascha. I\'m eager to make connections, especially since the only people I know around here are from the Lutheran \\"family\\" we\'re in the process of leaving, so don\'t hesitate to send me a note!

Hi, Julia, and to quote Metropolitian Philp \\"Welcome Home!\\" ( to Orthodoxy) and to the Circle and Congrats!to you and your hubby aswell . Have you picked a name or are you still deciding ? My name is Roxann I live in Johnstown, PA. I\'m a parishoner of St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church in Johnstown PA I\'m a Cathumen also. I was introduced to Orthodoxy by a good friend when he invited me to church a little over a year ago and as they say \\" the rest is history.\\" I just said the/my Cathumen prayers at Liturgy last Sunday, 12-07-08. I\'m gonna join the church on Holy Saturday this year. I hope you make a lot of new friends and and I hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
