FRIENDS
TWO NEW (OLD) BOOKS
FOR READING PLEASURE
ONE FICTION
ONE, NON-FICTION
FICTION
Blish, James. (1970). Spock Must Die! A Star Trek Novel. New York: Bantam Books
BLISH, JAMES. (!970). SPOCK MUST DIE! A STAR TREK NOVEL. NEW YORK: BANTAM BOOKS.
I FIRST READ THIS NOVEL, WAY BACK IN 1970!
I BOUGHT ANOTHER COPY OF THIS BOOK
AGAIN AT BOOKS GALORE. I WAS NINE OR TEN WHEN I FIRST READ THE BOOK, OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. OR MAYBE A FEW
YEARS OLDER THAN TEN.
NON-FICTION
McGrath, Alister, & McGrath, Joanna Collicutt. (2007). The Dawkins Delusion? Atheist Fundamentalism and the Denial of the Divine. Downers Grove, IL: Veritas Forum Books/ IVP Books, InterVarsity Press.
MCGRATH, ALISTER, & MCGRATH, JOANNA COLLICUTT. (2007). THE DAWKINS DELUSION? ATHEIST FUNDAMENTALISM AND THE DENIAL OF THE DIVINE. DOWNERS GROVE, IL: VERITAs FORUM BOOKS/ IVP BOOKS, INTERVARSITY PRESS.
So, if one is an atheist, one might say,
\"Bless us!\"
And if a theist, one would say, \"God bless us, everyone!\"
Dickens is a great book for adult children!
GOD BLESS ALL OF US READERS!
Even if \"Spock\" must die!
STAR TREK IS SECULAR FANTASY WHICH
MAY OR MAY NOT LEAVE ROOM FOR
A THEISTIC INTERPRETATION.
TAKE CARE.
ALWAYS,

Two and half years later, I found your post. Do you have any other science fiction picks? I tend more toward dystopic themes. However, I love Ray Bradbury. The Martian Chronicles is an elegantly written piece (actually a string of shorter works).
I recently found a collection of short stories by Terry Bisson. He's worth checking out of the library.
