[b]is it better to eat meat and feel bad about it?[/b] If you skip here and there, repent and realize we are only humans. But don\'t beat yourself about it. Breaking the fast just so you can \\"feel bad\\" about it later = wrong [b]is it better to eat veggies and feel triumphant?[/b] Worse than not fasting at all. You\'re being Phariseeistic about your fasting. [b]is it better to not be concerned if it\'s meat or not, and just eat in moderation?[/b] Eat moderately anyways and do your best not to eat meat. And ultimately \\"Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man\\" ALONG WITH \\"It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.\\" My layman\'s POV on the issue
