dear friends,
I\'m looking forward to my chrismation next sunday. To be honest, I\'m a little bit (or quite more then \\"a little\\") excited. A modest gold chain and cross are bought, as well as some appropriate clothing.
I\'m the type of men who tends to be a little bit melodramatic and emotional. So I hope I don\'t overdo with the following:
For me my catechumens time is like a time of betrothal and the chrismation will be the wedding. And since the Theotokos has led me to the Orthodoxy, I consider her my bride\'s mother.
Please pray for me, that I may entrust myself to Her, that She may be my guide these days, may help me to prepare me for the great day, that I may joyfully walk up to my heavenly bridegroom.
The icon of \\"Christ the bridegroom\\" is still at my prayer corner and will remain there till the day of my chrismation.

no, no, since She is m y mother, this can\'t happen. Okay, she is the mother of my bridegroom, too. But don\'At be afraid - I love Her.

May God bless you and grant you patience as you prepare for Chrismation. May Panagia be with you!
God bless!

As we say here in America dude ... WHOOO HOOO!
Excited for you... but just don\'t forget, the reason Peter denied Jesus three times is because Jesus healed his Mother in Law!
(JOKING!)

You are so right, that\'s what I believe, too.

May you be patient and prayerful especially if the devil decides to war against you for these few days.
But, make the sign of the Cross and do not worry.
Glory to God!
